At Kibbutz Ein-Zurim, we grow lemons in bottles, following the ancient
Persian custom of growing citrons in glass for special events. 
Bottles are put on Lemon Trees and the fruit grows into the bottles. This is why they are called Bottle Tree Products. Bottle Tree products are made of natural fragrance liquids with the scent of Lemon and Lemon blossoms from the Holy Land. Bottle Tree perfumes preserve the blossoms and the fruit for generations. It’s like magic – a full sized lemon in a small bottle. How do we do it? From the moment we find a small lemon growing on our tree, the lemon grows inside a glass bottle. Once it’s picked, the lemon is suspended in alcohol to distill its lovely essence. Havdlala sets make a lovely souvenir for your guests from your Bar/Bat Mitzva child, wedding couple, corporate logo, etc. Each kit includes a beautiful, handmade Havdala candle, a bottle of wonderful citrus scent, matches and the havdallah blessing packed in a velvet bag.
